Job Overview

Maximizing the effectiveness of systems is a key area of focus for our team. We take a strategic approach to support our clients' technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

As a certified Workday consultant, you will provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep knowledge and experience in U.S. benefits. Your role will involve leading or coaching others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.

Additional responsibilities include working with confidential data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday, configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions, mentoring new consultants, and serving as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance in Workday HCM and U.S. benefits
  • Lead or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work with confidential data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and work synergistically on team-based projects
Requirements
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
