We have years of experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle. This allows us to determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

As a strategic partner, our goal is to drive value to clients by maximizing the effectiveness of their systems. As a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic support for clients' Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

Foster the development of other consultants by sharing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in U.S. benefits
  • Lead deployments or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work with confidential data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively on team-based projects
  • Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when others need support
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
  • Maintain ongoing client satisfaction, ensuring long-term success once in production
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them informed of overall project status
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)
  • Demonstrate computational thinking, identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct scalable algorithmic solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model
