Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles, with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation and payment processing.
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
