About the Role

We are seeking a talented Culinary Project Staff to support our end-to-end dessert development process. This includes conceptualization, flavor profiling, kitchen testing and refinement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support menu pricing analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Operations Head to introduce new culinary solutions and menu enhancements across outlets or client accounts.
  • Develop clear recipe guidelines, preparation methods, and plating standards to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Partner with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of new dessert items, including providing training and troubleshooting support.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or any related course.
  • Background in pastry and/or dessert development is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to balance creativity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop new dessert concepts and recipes.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong passion for desserts and product development.
  • Willingness to report onsite in Pasig City.
