Key Responsibilities:
Production & Quality:

Menu Planning:

Inventory Management:
Managing and monitoring ingredient stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Team Leadership:

Hygiene & Safety:
Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.
Customer Interaction:
Meeting with clients to discuss custom-made desserts and special occasion orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Operating and managing the pastry section: Working with other chefs to ensure a smooth workflow.
Developing new recipes: Creating innovative and seasonal dessert and pastry offerings.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge: Staying informed about the latest pastry trends and techniques.
Carrying out administrative duties: Managing records, paperwork, and other tasks to maintain an efficient workspace.
