Citrix Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Citrix environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 2 technical support for our Citrix infrastructure and resolve client incidents and requests within the required SLA.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base for our customer environments.
  • Ensure compliance with all information security policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an infrastructure Citrix and support role.
  • Experience as a Citrix Engineer/Administrator with responsibilities including support, implementation, and upgrades/migrations.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Citrix technologies, including XenDesktop and XenApp, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix Cloud.
