Strategic Sourcing Leader

The Procurement Head oversees the overall sourcing activities, including research, strategy development, and contract negotiation. This role involves managing the RFx process, conducting supplier due diligence, and facilitating supplier demos. The Procurement Head also drafts governing agreements, partners with stakeholders in negotiation strategy, and manages transactions to meet business timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the RFx process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for supplier selection, based on market knowledge and long-term business goals.
- Coach and develop team members, improving performance and competencies through regular feedback and coaching.
- College degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- 10 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years of experience in the procurement function.
- 5 years of managerial experience.
- Relevant experience in complying with US regulatory requirements and processes.
- Contracting experience specifically with HR services.
- Strong technical skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, effective interpersonal and communication skills.
