Job Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Procurement Specialist manages end-to-end purchasing activities—sourcing, supplier management, bidding, negotiations, and inventory coordination—to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services for LBC. The role focuses on securing the best value in terms of quality, cost, and service while maintaining ethical vendor relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
  • Process and validate purchase requisitions (PRs) using SAP in line with approval protocols.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; prepare RFIs/RFQs and conduct bidding when required.
  • Compare costs, terms, and savings through canvassing for management review.
  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and notices-to-proceed; coordinate with vendors and internal clients.
  • Monitor supplier performance, accreditation, and compliance with service agreements.
  • Support product development, quality checks, and supplier corrective actions.
  • Maintain procurement reports, supplier database, and purchasing records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts payable on deliveries, invoices, and payments.
  • Stay updated on market trends, cost analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in SAP MM, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and e-sourcing tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php36,000.00 per month
