Lead Talent Attraction Initiatives

We're seeking a results-driven leader to champion talent attraction strategies, manage sourcing efforts, and optimize budget allocation.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs using data insights, maximize return on investment, and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, procurement, accounting, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and accurate tracking.
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans, develop talent attraction strategies, and project manage collateral creation to support hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, and have strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market.
