Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent identification to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager or similar role.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Talent acquisition strategy development and execution.
  • Pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Candidate sourcing and evaluation.
  • Recruitment process optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
