Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead nationwide growth marketing for partner networks.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or partner acquisition.

  • Develop and execute strategic acquisition campaigns targeting contractors, brokers, agents, and notarial partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing efforts to drive partner growth.
  • Optimize lead conversion rates and minimize costs (CAC).
  • Design and manage lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding, activation, reactivation, and retention.
  • Coordinate community events such as roadshows, training, and local activations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored engagement tools and campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and field operations across regions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and use data to inform decisions.
  • Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Manage a small internal team and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Experience in tech, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B2C platforms is preferred.
  • Skilled in digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and CRM tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset and confident in funnel and cohort analysis.
  • A background in field activation or scaling distributed sales/partner networks is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
