Marketing Strategist Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive results.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategy.
Responsibilities

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Implementing offline marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales conversion.
  • Assisting in ideation, planning, execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting of marketing initiatives aligned with management strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement campaigns across offline channels such as print media, events, and direct mail.
  • Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Researching and identifying new growth strategies in the offline marketing landscape.
  • Ensuring content aligns with branding guidelines and maintains consistency across offline channels.
  • Providing support in various marketing initiatives and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising and public relations, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in offline marketing, event management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to interpret data to develop offline marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or skills in graphic design and/or content writing (optional).
