Transformative Learning Solutions Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing blended learning training programs that drive sustained business growth.

The Senior Learning Analyst will work closely with our team of experts to conceptualize and implement curricula that meet the needs of our clients. They will also provide coaching, motivation, and support to enhance engagement and success of our team members in attaining targets and goals.
As a key member of our team, the Senior Learning Analyst will communicate effectively with external clients to align on training needs and results. They will also report to our Senior Manager, Learning & Development and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
Responsibilities- Design and Implement Blended Learning Training Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive training plans that integrate multiple learning modalities to drive business results.
- Provide Coaching and Support: Offer guidance, motivation, and resources to help team members achieve their goals and enhance their skills.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Report and Analyze Results: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights to inform future program development.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as education, instructional design, or communications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
