The Student Affairs and Activities Office (SASO) Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive collaboration of programs and services within the organization that help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Play a central role in improving the student experience through support services and assistance.
- Develop and execute institutional activities that boost student engagement.
- Create programs that promote and support systems and activities that contribute to the general welfare of the campus community.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of documents.
- Be a good steward of the Student Affairs resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
- Ideal candidate must have at least 6 months work experience in student affairs.
- Ability to serve as an articulate spokesperson for the mission and values of the organization.
- Ability to organize and evaluate data in a range of situations while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- A candidate possessing welcoming and friendly personality, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple-priority and willing to be in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, with high energy, excellent organizational skills, and must be capable of working independently.
- Willingness to be a self-starter with a strong desire to enhance work-related skills through professional development
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
