Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: The Student Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, guaranteeing timely, effective delivery of all company communications.
  • Research: This role requires the Student Manager to conduct high-level research under consultant guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: The Student Manager collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
  • Administration and Logistics: They oversee daily office activities, collaborating with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Business Development: During the off-season, the Student Manager may work on projects contributing to team and company growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for engaging consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing multiple demands, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging diverse individuals, including children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
  • Successful experience working within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.
  • Preference given to those with experience working during PST hours and within education consulting companies specializing in college admissions.
