The Student Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client services and driving team success. Their primary responsibility is to provide stakeholders with personalized, premium support throughout the college admissions process.
This involves overseeing communication between clients and various departments, streamlining workflows, managing data processes, and ensuring seamless client satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Client Communication: The Student Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, guaranteeing timely, effective delivery of all company communications.
- Research: This role requires the Student Manager to conduct high-level research under consultant guidance to support client needs.
- Data Management: The Student Manager collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
- Administration and Logistics: They oversee daily office activities, collaborating with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Business Development: During the off-season, the Student Manager may work on projects contributing to team and company growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills for engaging consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing multiple demands, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging diverse individuals, including children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
- Successful experience working within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.
- Preference given to those with experience working during PST hours and within education consulting companies specializing in college admissions.
