Global Trade Manager

This is a key position within our organization that requires an individual with customs administration experience and expertise in international freight forwarding. As a Sea Freight Coordinator In House, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to import shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide shipment updates to clients regarding the status of their imports;
- Prepare documentation for shipment releases, including data entry for DO/CRO requests;
- Verify import documents submitted by clients for accuracy and completeness;
- Capture payment for shipping charges, port fees, and liquidation amounts from clients;
- Monitor shipment arrivals and track delivery status;
- Billing preparation and other tasks related to import operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Customs Administration or related field;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in brokerage and international freight forwarding services;
- Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) at a good to average level;
- Multitasking abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Minimal supervision required due to high level of autonomy expected in this role.
