Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including reconciliations, payables, and receivables. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain complete, organized documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Proficiency in QuickBooks and knowledge of GAAP are also required.
