Role Overview:

The role of a Transformation and Engagement Specialist will be pivotal in driving organizational change and ensuring a seamless transition for employees. This specialist will be responsible for managing change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating project plans to ensure effective adoption.

  • Execute end-to-end transformation activities across the program scope
  • Ensure all teams understand and are comfortable with the activities required by them
    • Partner with project managers to maintain a lookahead summary of input requirements for each project
    • Perform quality assurance by reviewing project plans to ensure all necessary activities have been captured correctly
    • Challenge delivery teams where impacts on other teams have not been sufficiently defined
    • Prepare materials for the weekly transformation forum engaging participants from across technology teams
    • Partner with Technology teams to understand their needs from the program and develop content that meets those needs
    • Draft communication materials to keep Technology colleagues informed of progress and plans for the program
    • Ensure effective transformation management and communications for aspects of the program impacting colleagues outside Technology
      • Ensure an excellent employee experience when new projects are rolled out
      • Immerse in the detail of technical projects to quickly understand diverse stakeholder experiences
      • Perform change impact assessments, identify risks, shape, and execute mitigating actions
      • Partner with project managers and business analysts to develop transformation plans
      • Challenge and influence project teams to consider the employee experience throughout the project
      • Challenge traditional ways of working
      • Establish robust approaches for business and client change requirements, production acceptance, and efficient changes to operational processes
      • Work with business teams and digital champions to ensure they are prepared to adopt new technologies covering communications, marketing, training, hypercare, and adoption into business processes
      • Collaborate with business project sponsors to ensure WTW internal process changes align with benefits realization
    • Identify and inform other relevant stakeholders appropriately
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant global experience in similar roles
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, busy, and pressurized environments
  • Ability to build agile plans, set deadlines, and meet them while working globally
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and adapt to new ones pragmatically
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering excellent employee experiences during technology project rollouts
  • Creative thinking for shaping engaging materials
  • Experience in developing campaigns using various communication channels
  • Proficiency in creating content in different media types
  • End-to-end change management lifecycle experience, including operational readiness and go-live preparation
  • Operates with a growth mindset, maintaining focus on results, and inviting feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of supporting team members
  • Confident, proactive, energetic, and influential
