Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across all retail stores. This role supports store teams by managing inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, overseeing operational compliance, and coordinating logistics. The Retail Operations Coordinator works closely with Beauty Advisor Supervisors and the Retail Operations Manager to streamline processes and improve store efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Store Operations Support

  • Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for store teams, addressing operational concerns.
  • Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all retail stores.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure stores maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
  • Track and report stock returns (damaged products, empty testers, overstocked items).
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor store compliance with company policies and retail standards.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational concerns.

Store Readiness & Maintenance

  • Ensure all stores are operationally ready for promotions, seasonal product campaigns, and new launches.
  • Work with mall management and maintenance teams for repairs, store upkeep, and improvements.

Staff Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist in creating store staff schedules to ensure optimal shift coverage.
  • Track staff attendance and report any scheduling issues to the Retail Operations Manager.

Others

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Implement best practices for cost control and operational effectiveness.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in retail operations or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
