Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team remotely.


Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team in a professional and timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule appointments.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally and convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance and support.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers to meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team and maximize appointment outcomes.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience as an appointment setter or coordinator.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and digital communication tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
