Medical Transport Appointment Coordinator

A seasoned appointment setter with a proven track record in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry is required to fill this critical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of NEMT services and procedures to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments, addressing objections and concerns with professionalism and poise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism through excellent telephone etiquette and a clear command of the English language.
- Efficiently manage and organize client schedules with accuracy and precision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields, with a strong understanding of the industry's complexities and nuances.
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Confidence and professionalism when handling objections and challenging situations, with the ability to think on one's feet.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meeting client expectations.
- Technical proficiency and comfort using scheduling and documentation tools, with a willingness to adapt to new systems and technologies.
