- Provide clear information to prospects regarding the next steps in the process.
- Follow established procedures for appointment setting.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects within the designated time zone.
- Track and report on outreach activities and key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling.
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and articulate communication style.
- Basic understanding of the financial services industry.
- Proficiency with CRM and communication software.
