Job Title:

Business Contract Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and experience in managing complex business transactions.

This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with external parties. The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance on contractual matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The Contract Management Professional will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement effective contract management strategies. This will include identifying potential risks and opportunities, developing key performance indicators and monitoring contract performance.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors, suppliers and clients.

Requirements:
  • A degree in law or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
