Job Overview

Manager, Customer Order Mgmt is a key role at our company.

What We Contribute

Customer Service plays a vital part in establishing and maintaining customer business through contract administration, orders, and problem resolution.

We expedite orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research, and dispute resolution.

Key Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience are preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience are also preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front line supervisors, and/or business support staff.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
  • Ensure employees operate within guidelines.
  • Making decisions that have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers.
  • Interact with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management.
  • Resolve issues related to operations and/or projects.
  • Gain consensus from various parties involved.
