Customer Support Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Technical Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer support software
  • Independent Work Style: Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathy and Patience: Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Team-Oriented: Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
