Job Overview

We seek a skilled IT professional to fill this key role. As a core member of our IT support organization, you will deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complex technical issues, and provide hardware support for our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve common IT problems (PC, Mac, Chromebook) and enforce non-automated IT security policies remotely.
  • Develop solutions that meet user needs and company policy by applying relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while interacting with customers, completing services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide training to all employees on new hardware and software as required.
  • Address escalated and executive-level support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk position.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC, Mac, and Chromebooks remotely for software and hardware-related issues.
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya).
  • Experience with IDP and SCIM Provisioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
