\Software Development Expert Needed

The role of a Software Development Expert involves designing, implementing and customizing solutions within the Salesforce platform. This includes configuration, integrations and custom development.

This position requires an individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and customize solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Configure and integrate external systems and platforms
  • Develop and execute unit test plans
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and changes
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts for solution design and support practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development, preferably in a consultancy setting
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform Fundamentals, including architecture, data model and key features such as objects, fields, workflows and security model
  • Proficiency in Apex programming and Visualforce pages for custom development
  • Familiarity with Lightning components, specifically Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, JavaScript and CSS
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities, including REST and SOAP APIs
  • Understanding of Salesforce data import/export tools, data modelling and best practices for data integrity and security
  • Awareness of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including AppExchange products, third-party applications and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and Salesforce security features
