Training and Support Specialist

This role focuses on driving operational excellence through continuous learning and development.

The Training and Support Specialist will lead new hire training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives, and conduct comprehensive onboarding processes.

  • Lead new hire training programs to enhance team productivity and client experience.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees, including advanced training for career advancement.
  • Develop, update, and refine training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed training needs.
  • Provide real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees.
  • Address specific employee challenges and facilitate exit processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of training experience in sales, technical support or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
