Workday Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with our team members and manage your own workload independently and confidently. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to understand customer requirements and design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs.

Additionally, you will support junior team members while sharing your knowledge and expertise. You will be part of a diverse and ambitious team that celebrates creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers
  • Manage own workload independently and confidently
  • Support junior team members
  • Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
Requirements:
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting environments
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
