">Key Responsibilities">
  • We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
  • This role requires close collaboration with team members and the ability to manage own workload independently and confidently.
  • You will understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions aligned to their needs.
  • Additionally, you will support junior team members and share knowledge.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A minimum of Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must) is required.
  • Candidates with experience in customer-facing consulting environments, understanding customer needs and building relationships are highly preferred.
  • We seek individuals with clear communication skills, credibility, and empathy when communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • Good commercial awareness and project/business dynamics understanding are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to plan workload, meet deadlines, work within teams, and apply relevant standards.
