Payroll Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and independently manage your workload to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Support more junior team members and share knowledge
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll experience required)
  • Customer-facing consulting experience with ability to understand customer needs
  • Clear and effective communication skills with ability to build relationships
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines
