Job Description:

  • Assist the claims department with timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including managing tolls and parking tickets.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM systems and practices effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
