Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with the client's customer support team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Prior call center experience and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • A high-speed internet connection and an appropriate, quiet work environment
  • High language proficiency in English and work-from-home experience
  • Candidates must reside within 80km of our office location
