Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a Channel Growth Strategist who can leverage their expertise in partner management and marketing to drive business growth.

Main Objectives
  • Generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active partners with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
  • Improve lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and MQL to SQL conversion rate to at least 30%.
  • Create six named customer stories and secure four public reviews.
  • Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host industry events.
  • Document playbooks and processes like sales/partner onboarding guides, co-sell playbooks, and event checklists.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own programs like partner strategy & operations, growth marketing engines, and core processes.
  • Design an Ideal Customer Profile, tiering framework, recruiting playbook, referral structure, content calendar, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in SDR roles.
  • Fluency in NetSuite ecosystem and experience in both partner management and marketing.
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
