Senior Engineering Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead our NetSuite team as a Senior Engineering Manager. You will oversee the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions, managing multiple engineering teams and driving technical excellence in NetSuite platform development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams and develop leadership talent.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams.
  • Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams.
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
