Lead Technical Visionary: Drive Engineering Excellence in NetSuite Development

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions, manage multiple engineering teams, and drive technical excellence in NetSuite platform development. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams to develop leadership talent, foster ownership, remove blockers, and create an inclusive environment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.
  • Lead managers and grow leadership talent across NetSuite development teams.
  • Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across multiple teams.
  • Oversee scalable NetSuite ERP solutions using SuiteScript, JavaScript, and database technologies.
  • Drive custom NetSuite development including SuiteBundler/SuiteApp and SuiteFlow implementations.
  • Maintain code quality standards and ensure security compliance with ERP best practices.
  • Ensure proper implementation of custom objects, workflows, and NetSuite administration.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
  • Experience with ERP system implementation and management.
