Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accounts Manager to join our team and play a vital role in managing client accounts and executing brand strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Accounts Managers in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations
  • Prepare reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for clients and the company
  • Manage clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  • Ensure compliance with clients' standards, practices, and brand guidelines

Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
