Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and satisfaction of our mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Develop and implement tailored onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of our solution into our customers' sales processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and deploy our solution in a way that helps them achieve those goals.
  • Customer Success: Conduct regular check-ins to share outcomes, address any issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Analyze customer usage metrics to identify features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations.
  • Technical Support: Assist with technical support for your customers as needed.
Requirements:
  • B2B SaaS Experience: 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts with a successful renewals track record.
  • Customer Onboarding: 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding and support, ensuring easy access to relevant resources throughout the customer journey.
  • Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with sales technology stack and experience with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
  • Data Analytics: Comfortable with data analytics and experience using data to proactively identify customer challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
