Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical support to clients over the phone or via email. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and interpreting client needs and determining appropriate action.

The ideal candidate will have a background in either accounting and finance or information technology and computer science, with at least one year of experience in relevant areas such as portfolio management, fund accounting, SQL, databases, networking, or automation. Proficiency in Excel formulas or macro is also preferred.

You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven aptitude for complex technical, financial, and theoretical information, and be intelligent and motivated to learn new things. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients over the phone or via email.
  • Identify and interpret client needs and determine appropriate action.
  • Stay current with new changes in both the financial and technical sectors.

Requirements:
