The job role involves acting as a liaison between healthcare professionals and their clients. The remote position requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The key responsibilities include managing emails, calendars, and patient-related tasks, providing customer support via phone, email, or chat platforms, organizing and maintaining digital records and files, inputting and managing data using EMR/EHR systems, and assisting with billing and insurance verifications.
Requirements- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role is required.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or a willingness to learn is necessary.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using software and tech tools, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, is required.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information is crucial.
- A willingness to work night shifts is also preferred.
