Job Title: Remote Healthcare Professional

Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Remote Healthcare Professional to join our team.

Your primary role will be to conduct remote health assessments and gather crucial information from clients. This may include collecting medical history, updates on diagnoses, assessment of functional status, and evaluation of client support systems.

You will be responsible for meticulously documenting all gathered information, which will serve as the primary source for review by other healthcare professionals.

Communication with the rostering team regarding your schedule or operational needs is essential, but direct liaison with other healthcare professionals for patient care is not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Nursing Background/Degree: A valid nursing degree and background are essential.
  • Telehealth/Call Experience (Preferred): While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in inbound and outbound calls or telehealth nursing will be highly regarded.
  • Arabic Fluency (Non-Negotiable): You must be fluent in Arabic, as 50-60% of our clientele speaks this language.
  • No Scheduling Experience Needed: Previous experience in scheduling is not a requirement for this role.
