About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Leader to manage our company's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial and Accounting Oversight
    • Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Oversee the work of supporting staff and contractors.
    • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting.
  • Strategic Finance & Reporting
    • Develop and deliver management reports with actionable insights.
    • Conduct profitability analyses across departments and service lines.
    • Provide financial guidance to leadership for decision-making.
  • Compliance & Audit
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Coordinate with external CPAs during audits and filings.
    • Establish internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
  • Process Improvement
    • Implement best practices in expense tracking, billing workflows, and reporting.
    • Evaluate and introduce financial tools that enhance efficiency.
    • Train and mentor team members to build finance capability within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
