As a senior financial analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators and key performance metric information. This involves gathering and analyzing financial data on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues. You will also develop simple analysis of economic indicators to prepare forecasts and analyses of the company's position.

You will work closely with operations to complete tracking daily margin reports. Additionally, you will provide support on data sources and discrepancies, as well as insight into assumptions for cost estimations such as wage rates, taxes, benefits, PTO, and other allocated expenses.

Weekly review calls will be held with operations to discuss trends and performance. You will develop action plans on areas of opportunity in real-time to optimize monthly performance. Month-end financials will be compared to actual results in detail, and variance analysis will be provided with follow-up on opportunities to continuously improve data accuracy.

Other responsibilities include assisting operations in completing the monthly forecast process, understanding all assumptions that go into building the financial forecast, and holding monthly review calls with key stakeholders to discuss forecast change versus prior submission, versus plan, and versus trend.

A bachelor's degree in finance from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Demonstrated analytical aptitude, problem resolution skills, and ability to apply assessment measurement and evaluation techniques are also essential.
