We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our global employee population.

About the Role

The People Operations Representative will be responsible for processing employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations. Additionally, this role will involve providing tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, job changes, and separations.

  • Provide assistance with employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to HR-related questions.

  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.

  • Support basic HR reporting needs, providing insights to inform business decisions.

  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.

  • Maintain and audit employment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.

Requirements
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or a related field, preferably in a global organization.

  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and data management in an HRIS system.

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.

  • Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with high accuracy.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player, committed to continuous learning and improvement.
