Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Loan Packaging/Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing mortgage loan applications in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, knowledge of Flex and Salestrekker systems, and experience with lodging applications via various channels.
  • Prior lending or financial services experience is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data analysis and preparation for mortgage loan applications.
  2. Credit report generation and assessment, including income analysis and liabilities evaluation.
  3. Loan serviceability analysis, knowledge of lender servicing calculators, and product comparison.
  4. Loan packaging for submission, preparing master notes, compliance notes, and living expenses breakdowns.
  5. Submission or lodgement of home loan applications with different lenders.
  6. Familiarity with discharge processes, FHLDS, FHOG forms, and deposit bond forms.
