National Sales Director
Job Summary:
A strategic leader is required to drive sales growth and national sales operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets, volume, and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and manage sales teams and department section heads.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams for integrated strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior for effective decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sales procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams and national operations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with high business acumen.
