What you'll be doing:

Area Management

  • Implement sales funnel strategy across the area.
  • Ensure the sales team targets correct end users (doctors and hospitals).
  • Collaborate consistently with subordinates.
  • Actively seek new accounts.

Sales

  • Develop and monitor sales strategies with marketing.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement project management and evaluate ROI for bids and sponsorships.

Customer Management

  • Provide guidance and coaching for customer queries and concerns.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Collaborate with support teams to escalate needs and concerns.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Preferably with master's degrees
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the medical device industry, ideally within the specific division.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper etiquette
  • Effective decision-making skills.
