Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service, resolve claims efficiently, and contribute to marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with claims processes, managing tolls and parking tickets, providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and text, and collaborating with team members for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Process Support: Assist with the claims process to ensure timely resolution.
  • Tolls and Parking Management: Manage tolls and parking tickets to provide efficient administrative support.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and text to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Care and CRM Management: Care for CRM management and additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administration (1 year).
  • Marketing Background: Marketing background or experience is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Phone Handling Skills: Excellent phone handling skills and active listening.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace (G Suite) or equivalent.
  • Reliability and Self-Motivation: Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
