- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support
- Respond to customer communications via chat, email, or phone in a friendly and professional tone
- Address product information requests, order tracking queries, returns, and account concerns efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of product updates and support practices to ensure consistent customer experiences
