As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients utilize and troubleshoot software products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat, leveraging your knowledge of software products, browser behavior, and internet tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and colleagues to share updates, manage expectations, and ask questions early.
- Collaborate with team members through proper channels to respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the research and development team.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- A positive attitude and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of group insurance, health benefits, or property and casualty/risk management is beneficial.
